Job Title: Sales Support Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent Civil Engineering graduate looking to build a career in sales operations and client support within a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Admin Manager to ensure smooth coordination of sales documentation, system updates, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Admin Manager in day-to-day sales support activities
• Prepare and manage quotations, order confirmations, and sales-related documents
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing of orders and deliveries
• Maintain and update data in the ERP system
• Handle client inquiries and support the sales team in follow-ups
• Prepare periodic sales reports as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exposure to any ERP system is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
