We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing team as a Sales Support Engineer.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented engineer with minimum 2 years of experience to support our Sales department and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field

* Good command of English

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

* Adhere to company ethics, values, and policies.

* Support sales activities to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.

* Learn and comply with Sales Support procedures and ISO standards.

* Contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized work environment.

* Assist in reviewing offers and proposals prepared by the Sales Support team.

* Follow company quality standards to ensure excellent service delivery.

* Participate in training programs and continuous learning activities to enhance skills.

* Support standardization of customer data, filing systems, and sales support tools.

* Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

* Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of proposals.

* Assist in handling customer complaints related to sales support activities.
