About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically minded Sales Support Engineer to join our team on a fully remote basis. This role is essential in supporting our sales efforts by managing RFQs, coordinating with suppliers and customers, handling quotations and shipments, and maintaining accurate data in CRM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFQ & Quotation Management: Review and process customer Requests for Quotes (RFQs). Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, technical specifications, and lead times. Prepare accurate technical & commercial quotations.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide technical and operational assistance to the sales team, including solution coordination, proposal preparation, and customer communications.
  • Supplier & Customer Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams for quotations, order confirmations, and shipment tracking.
  • Order & Shipment Management: Track orders from confirmation through to delivery. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • CRM & ERP Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, shipments, and sales pipeline in both CRM and ERP systems.
  • Client Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries on product specifications, features, availability, pricing, lead times, and shipment status.
  • Proposal & Documentation: Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations. Ensure all RFQ responses and related documentation are properly handled.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about Stemronic’s product range, industry trends, and emerging technologies in automation and IIoT.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Good technical knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, electronics, or related fields (Industrial IoT is a plus).
  • Experience in handling RFQs, quotations, supplier coordination, and customer support — preferably in the automation, industrial, or technical products sector.
  • Practical experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related technical field is preferred. Candidates with relevant technical knowledge and experience from other engineering or technical backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in sales support, technical coordination, or inside sales roles is highly advantageous.
