ELA is offering an exciting opportunity for a super effective Sales Support Executive!

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 + commission

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support Executive to join our team.

This pivotal role bridges our marketing efforts and business development team at the Education & Learning Academy (ELA).

At ELA we offer Early Years, Health & Social Care, Leadership and Management training that equips learners with the skills, confidence, and qualifications to excel in their career. Experience of working in the learning and development/and or Education/digital sector.

The ideal candidate will be pro-active, self-motivated, confident on the telephone, and have experience of working in the learning and development sector.

Ensuring timely responses to incoming leads, qualifying prospects, and facilitating seamless handovers to our subject matter experts. Key Skill requirements:

· Effective communication; verbal, written, interpersonal.

· Task and time management.

· IT proficiency in Microsoft programmes, MIS systems and E-portfolios

· Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.

· Analytical and attention to detail.

· Problem-solving.

Job requirements:

· Experience in training or learning and development

· Experience in customer service or sales

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming leads from various channels (email, social media, Google Ads) within one hour.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., learner's age, course interest, urgency).
  • Allocate and hand over qualified leads to the appropriate business development personnel.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with potential clients.
  • Provide initial information about our services and address basic inquiries.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to understand ongoing campaigns and expected lead influx.
  • Coordinate with business development teams to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and statuses.
  • Provide regular reports on lead response times, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Experience in the education or edtech sector is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from AED AED 6,000 – 8,000 + commission, based on experience.
