Sales & Support Executive (BPO )

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients via chats, emails, and calls to provide sales assistance and support.
  • Coordinate effectively to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent English-speaking skills to ensure clear communication.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Educational background: 0 and A levels.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
