Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering friendly and professional support.
• Assist the sales team with order processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Support the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations to help close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
• Maintain organized files of customer information, sales activities, and product details for easy access and reference.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing feedback and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM systems is desirable.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the sales support field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to sales or customer service are a plus. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
