Mid-East & Africa Business Group (MEABG)

Driving TCL's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we're building an AI x IoT ecosystem around our smart display solutions and home appliance portfolio (air conditioners, refrigerators, washers), as well as smart devices. Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia.


The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


Responsibilities:

Order Management & Coordination

  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to the sales team and customers.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with quotations, product availability checks, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as required.
  • Support in managing customer accounts, documentation, and after-sales service.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Track stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure demand planning data and forecasts are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply disruptions.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and shipment details.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for better coordination and customer satisfaction.
  • Support system enhancements or ERP-related updates relevant to order and supply processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or sales support roles.
  • Strong understanding of order management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
