About the Role

We are seeking an Online Sales Support Representative to join our Sales & Support team. In this role, you will support digital product sales, engage with customers across multiple channels, and contribute to a high-performing global organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage online sales of EnglishCentral’s digital English-learning solutions
• Provide customer support through online communication channels and phone
• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales processes: contacting leads, generating new opportunities, and supporting ongoing sales activities
• Assist customers with onboarding, product inquiries, and usage guidance
• Document customer interactions and update CRM tools as needed
• Coordinate with cross-functional global teams to ensure smooth sales operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Educational Technologies, English Language Teaching, English or American Literature)
• Excellent command of English—both written and spoken
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter mindset: organized, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Interest in e-learning, mobile technologies, digital tools, and online marketing
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, global environment
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and remote collaboration
• Enthusiasm for developing a career in sales
