Sales Support (Russian Speaker)

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations, customer service, or sales support.

About the Role

The Sales Support will play a key role in supporting the sales team while coordinating with customers, airlines, and ground handling agents. The position combines customer service, sales coordination, and administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient shipment handling and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, schedule sales meetings and appointments, and follow up on bookings and shipments
  • Keep customers informed of shipment status via email and telephone
  • Maintain strong working relationships with regular customers, vendors, airlines, and partners
  • Perform data entry in the in-house system and airline systems, including job opening, costing, and invoicing
  • Monitor customer payment cycles and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely collections
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls and supporting the Sales department as required
  • Resolve customer issues and manage transactions independently
  • Liaise with sales and operations teams to plan shipments and ensure all shipment requirements are met
  • Record sales-related information from customers, update customer details, and assign tasks to the relevant sales team
  • Arrange client appointments and align schedules with the sales team
  • Prepare and organize reports and documentation for the sales department
  • Source or identify new business leads (optional)
  • Coordinate with airlines regarding bookings, space availability, flight details, connections, and schedules
  • Coordinate and follow up with ground handling agents (e.g., DNATA) to ensure smooth cargo handling and aircraft loading
  • Prepare monthly Cargo Sales Reports (CSR) for airlines
  • Excellent command of Russian and English languages, both oral and written.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with CRM / ERP platforms
  • Team player with a positive attitude
