Job Summary:

The New Flat Rate (TNFR) is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our results-driven sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition through product demos, lead conversion, and exceptional relationship-building.

You’ll begin with intensive training by working in a Sales Support capacity - quickly moving to Sales Representative – within three months.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic closer who can deliver consistent performance and hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in exceeding expectations.

This is very much an individual role where your natural, thriving zone of competition works well because you will achieve and excel beyond your personal goals while still contributing to a team and enjoying collaboration.

Key Responsibilities in Sales Support:

Desired skillet includes - positive phone presence, experience in cold and warm outbound calling, proficient in Microsoft Office programs, familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM, typing speed of 50 wpm minimum.

  • Front line follow-up/booking sales demos and appointments; Including texting/email/phone communications
  • Use Zoom for phone calls/video communication
  • Use AI outbound auto-dialing system
  • Minimum of 80 outbound calls daily
  • Contacting leads from ads and trade shows; consistently following-up to schedule demos for sales department
  • Track sales department calendar
  • Reschedule/delay meetings as-needed
  • Use of HubSpot CRM, Google Calendar, Calendly
  • Follow up with phone calls and emails on non-sold leads to resend through sales funnel
  • General question answering
  • Advanced techniques in communication
  • Attend weekly team trainings and daily huddles

After completing your training in the Sales Support Role, you will be advanced to Sales Representative where you will:

  • Conduct a minimum of 3 product demos per day with prospective customers.
  • Maintain a 25% closing rate on qualified opportunities.
  • Close a minimum of 1 sale per day, contributing to team and company revenue goals.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and actively engage in outbound outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Understand and communicate TNFR’s value proposition clearly and effectively to various customer personas.
  • Utilize CRM tools [Hubspot] to manage leads, log activities, and track opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead quality and customer onboarding.
  • Continuously improve sales tactics through coaching, training, and feedback loops.

KPIs & Performance Expectations:

  • Demos Per Day: 3 minimum
  • Closing Rate: 25% or higher
  • Sales Per Day: 1 minimum
  • Pipeline Management: Timely and accurate updates within the CRM
  • Follow-Up: Prompt, consistent follow-up to move prospects to decision

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or service-based sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Zoom, online demos, and digital sales environments.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • High-energy, coachable, and self-motivated team player.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling into the home service or contractor industries.
  • Familiarity with value-based selling or consultative sales approaches.
  • Understanding of The New Flat Rate model or similar pricing systems.
