The
Sales Support Specialist
will provide support to the UAE Sales and Service team, serving our MEA Division, and is based in Dubai.
This role is open to UAE Nationals only.
What you'll do:

Support Regional Market Managers in execution of sales plan and strategic initiatives (e.g. Villa, VRF, Replacement)

Provide high-level overview of the Rheem product portfolio and value proposition and competitive benchmarking

Train customers on all Rheem resources available (Pro Partner platform, cash-back tool, CoolSaver).

Identify and develop leads with government and semi-government customers, project consultants and other key decision makers and purchase influencers
-
Scale our 1-1 relationship with our existing and potential customers; be able to engage with relevancy and active listening skills

Respond to and qualify new inbound leads

Manage and follow up qualified leads through sales team

Establish new outbound leads

Build and manage targeted prospect lists

Facilitate initial meetings for sales team with new/potential contacts where required

Successfully executing follow-through on leads identified through website, social media and other sources

Other duties as assigned
What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, Sales, or any related field.

Excellent professional communication skills

Data entry proficiency without defects (proofreading, spelling, and grammar checks).

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment

Adaptable to changes in priorities

Experience in value-based selling

Ability to demonstrate exceptional follow-up and professional assertiveness in a way that engages and identifies customers who have interest in doing business with Rheem.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other web-based applications used for enterprise-grade communications such as telephony and CRM platforms

Self-accountability, commitment & professionalism within a business environment

Fluent in Arabic and English
