Sales Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for the role of Sales Support Specialist.

SUMMARY

The part-time Sales Support Specialist position is responsible for managing and tracking all open orders to ensure accurate, timely delivery to customers. Key duties include maintaining an up-to-date order log, coordinating with vendors to confirm ship dates, documenting tracking and bill of lading information, and proactively communicating shipment details to customers for advance notice. The position also works closely with customer purchasing and receiving teams to resolve any shipping issues and build strong, ongoing relationships to support smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Keep an ongoing list of all orders.
• Communicate with vendors to maintain an updated record of ship dates on all open orders.
• Document and provide in a spreadsheet all tracking and BOL information for each shipment from all orders.
• Send shipment information, shipping from A-tech and Vendors to each customer’s location to provide advance notice of what will be arriving.
• Communicate with receiving/purchasing at all customer locations to resolve shipment issues.
• Establish relationships with purchasing/receiving at customer locations.
