About the job:

GenScript is continuously seeking talented and driven commercial professionals to join our Sales Talent Community. Allowing us to proactively connect with experienced candidates interested in current and future opportunities across our business.

By joining our Sales Talent Community, you will be considered for roles including:

• Sales Account Manager

• Inside Sales Specialist

• Business Development Manager

• Technical Solutions Manager

These roles may support products and services such as:

• Gene synthesis and molecular biology services

• Protein, antibody, and reagent solutions

• Biologics CDMO services (cell line development, process development, GMP manufacturing)

• Cell and gene therapy solutions

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in life sciences sales, business development, or commercial roles

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Preferred :

• Experience selling CRO, CDMO, biologics, gene therapy, or molecular biology solutions

• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD)

• Existing network within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
