We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, drive performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer engagement.
This position requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a clear American accent for client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure team targets are met
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing performance feedback
- Handle escalated client interactions when needed
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and team performance
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall sales efficiency
- Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and scripts
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales (leadership or senior sales role preferred)
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English with a clear American accent (required for client calls)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
