We’re Hiring: Sales Team Lead – Be Forward Japan (Auto Trade)
Location: On-site – Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time
Timings: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
Package: Market Competitive
Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience: 2–4 years (Experience in Caribbean region preferred)

✅Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams
• Strong knowledge of the auto trade / Japanese export market (Be Forward experience preferred)
• Skilled in negotiation, client handling, and deal closing
• Target-driven with the ability to mentor teams and consistently achieve sales goals
