Sales Team Lead (Know Kannada)

Job Summary:

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team focused on Sales. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the team to meet and exceed Sales Targets.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution
• Maintain the Conversion Ratios in Sales Matrix i.e. Lead to Deal and Deal to Won Agent wise etc.
• Maintain Agent Wise revenue Pipelines.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of work experience, Should know Kannada language.

Location: Jaipur

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader
• Experience of involvement in driving the team of Revenue function
• Experience of Call centre

Specific Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of Call Centre matrics
