Position Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Team Lead for our US Medical Billing services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Medical Billing / RCM sales and strong leadership skills to manage and grow a high-performing sales team in Pakistan catering to US healthcare providers.

Location: Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 120,000 – 200,000/month
Work Location: II Chundrigar Road, Near Tower (Karachi)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & manage a team of Medical Billing Sales Executives
• Drive sales for US Medical Billing, RCM, AR & Credentialing services
• Set daily, weekly & monthly sales targets and ensure achievement
• Handle escalated leads and close high-value US clients
• Train, mentor & monitor team performance
• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM
• Prepare daily & monthly sales performance reports
• Coordinate with billing & operations teams for smooth client onboarding
• Ensure team discipline, motivation & performance growth

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years experience in Medical Billing / RCM Sales
• 1–2 years experience as Sales Team Lead or Senior Sales Executive
• Strong knowledge of US Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Experience dealing with US doctors, clinics & healthcare practices
• Strong closing, negotiation & objection handling skills
• Ability to work in US Night Shift
• Target-driven and leadership mindset
