Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive our sales operations and lead a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales and proven leadership skills to motivate, guide, and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Plan, implement, and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year as a team lead.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
