About Us

YogaSix offers six class formats designed to make yoga accessible, energizing, and empowering for every body. Since opening in 2022, YogaSix Newtown has become one of the largest and most dynamic yoga communities in the area, serving 350+ members each month.

We’re now hiring part-time Sales Team Leaders to help grow our community, lead our front desk team, and support the daily operations of the studio. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales instincts, leadership skills, and a passion for people and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist studio guests, deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive membership sales and retail purchases by building relationships and recommending the right options for each guest
• Hire, coach, support Wellness Advisors (Sales Associates) to ensure sales goals and service standards are met
• Manage studio operations including cleanliness and organization
• Work 3-4 front desk shifts per week, resolve billing and membership issues, and ensure smooth studio flow.
• Manage the front desk shift schedule. Ensure all front desk shifts are covered.
• Support local marketing and community engagement efforts, on occasion, to bring in new leads and strengthen our community ties.

• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, phone, and digital.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate via phone, text, email and in person.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and technology in general

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience (fitness or wellness industry experience a plus)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

• May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
• Should regularly take classes offered in the studio. This is important for recommending classes to guests so they are set-up for a successful and positive class experience and it helps build the community.
