Position: Properties Team Leader – Real Estate (Offplan & Secondary) + Bring your own Team

Location: Dubai, UAE
Compensation: Monthly Salary + Attractive Commission Structure
Hiring With: Option to bring your existing team

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic leader with the ability to drive performance, mentor agents, and deliver consistent results.

✔ Real Estate Expertise

  • Strong experience in Offplan and/or Secondary Market (Sales/Rentals)
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, developers, and buyer trends
  • Ability to guide and support team members across multiple property categories

✔ Leadership & Team Management

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team
  • Experience setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and improving team performance
  • Strong delegation, coaching, and problem-solving skills

✔ Sales & Communication Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-relationship skills
  • Ability to handle HNWIs and international clients professionally

✔ Mandatory Requirements

  • Miust hold Valid UAE Visa and Valid UAE Driver’s license.
  • Minimum 2–3 years UAE Real Estate Experience
  • Proven performance in sales / rentals
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems & property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and grow the real estate sales team
  • Train agents on offplan and secondary market procedures
  • Ensure monthly individual and team targets are met
  • Maintain strong client relationships and oversee negotiations
  • Attend viewings, events, developer launches, and meetings
  • Coordinate with marketing and management to optimize performance
  • Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and deal flow
