Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and target-driven Properties Team Leader who can independently manage, guide, and grow a talented sales team.

Role Title:

Properties Team Leader – Offplan & Secondary (Bring Your Own Team Optional)

Package:

Monthly Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

Who We Are Looking For

A dynamic leader who can drive performance, mentor agents, build systems, and close high-value deals.

Real Estate Expertise

  • Strong experience in Offplan and/or Secondary Market (Sales / Rentals)
  • Excellent understanding of Dubai property trends, developers & buyer profiles
  • Ability to train and support agents across multiple property segments

Leadership & Team Management

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate & grow a successful real estate team
  • Experience in setting targets, KPIs, and achieving revenue goals
  • Strong coaching, delegation, and problem-solving skills

Sales & Negotiation Skills

  • Strong closing skills & excellent negotiation ability
  • Professional communication, presentation & client relationship management
  • Ability to manage HNW investors and international clientele

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid UAE Visa + NOC (Mandatory)
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–3 Years UAE Real Estate Experience
  • Proven performance in Sales/Rentals (Offplan or Secondary)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems & property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, PF, etc.)

Additional Requirement – Strategic Business Expansion Plan (Mandatory for Shortlisted Candidates)

Since Liventra Properties is in an expansion phase, shortlisted candidates must prepare a Strategic Business Plan, covering:

  • How to grow the Offplan Division profitably
  • Strategy to scale Secondary Sales & Rentals
  • Proposed team structure & business model
  • Lead generation & conversion strategies
  • Developer engagement & marketing plan
  • 6–12 month growth roadmap
  • Expected ROI, targets & KPI measurement

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise & grow the real estate sales team
  • Train agents in offplan and secondary market procedures
  • Ensure individual & team monthly sales targets are met
  • Oversee negotiations, viewings, and client relationship management
  • Attend developer launches, events & meetings
  • Coordinate with the marketing & management team
  • Monitor KPIs, performance, pipeline & deal flow
  • Ensure CRM updates and workflow discipline
