Hiring | Team Lead Sales - Retail Mutual Funds

StreeDhana is looking for a high-impact sales leader to build and scale retail mutual fund business focused on private sector working women and government women employees.

This is a hands-on leadership role with clear ownership of team performance, AUM growth, and SIP penetration.

We Need:-

Strong experience in retail sales: Mutual Funds / Banking / Wealth / NBFC

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams

Target-driven mindset with command over funnels, conversions, and closures

Deep understanding of salaried women investors

Clear, ethical, and confident communicator
