We are looking for a competitive Team Lead to develop sales strategies , attract new clients and experience in high-level management roles that oversee and direct sales teams. Must have handled a team of min 5 people
Rolls & Responsibilities:
- Find, manage, grow and close revenue in existing and net-new accounts
- Responsible for Inside Sales team
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, closing
- Review and analyze sales data for better business
- Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting and take corrective action where necessary
- Generate new business and customer opportunities
- Generate business solutions and strategies to specific customer needs
- Partner with the proposals team to be an additional resource, when required, to deliver tailor made proposals to meet our clients needs and communicate our value proposition
- There will be Occasional Exhibition and Conference (field sales)
We need someone with relevant experience
- We are looking for someone who can be flexible to work
- Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment
- Strong skills in Communication, Critical Thinking, Troubleshooting Customer relationship & Sales and marketing strategy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
