Job Title: Team Leader – Life Insurance Sales

Candidate Profile:-Gender: Male / Female

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years( Life Insaurance)

Preferred Background: Insurance sales / Team handling

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales executives

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Monitor daily performance and prepare MIS reports

Train and guide team members on products and sales techniques

Ensure quality sales and customer satisfaction

Handle escalations and support the team to close deals

Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team-handling skills

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Knowledge of insurance products (Life Insaurance)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)

Qualifications:-

Minimum Graduate (any stream preferred)

Relevant experience in insurance or BFSI sector
