Sky Vora Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage and lead our growing real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both freshers and experienced brokers, driving sales performance, and creating a productive and target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and manage the sales team on a daily basis
* Support fresh and experienced brokers with sales strategies and closing deals
* Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
* Motivate the team and maintain a positive work culture
* Assist in lead generation and business development
* Ensure proper follow-up with clients and maintain professional standards
* Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
* Previous experience in real estate sales or sales team management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
* Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
* Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
