Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader with a strong background in Gaming, Stock Market, or Crypto operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of executives, analysts, or support staff.

Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and business goals.

Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Analyze operational reports and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management procedures.

Resolve customer escalations and provide effective solutions.

Train new employees on processes, systems, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention.

Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in Gaming, Stock Market, Cryptocurrency, Forex, or Trading-related industries.

Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.

Strong understanding of financial markets, cryptocurrency trends, trading platforms, or online gaming operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing customer support, sales, retention, or operations teams.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Business Head / Department Manager.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
