SALES TEAM LEADER - FOREX

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of forex traders to achieve performance targets.
• Responsible for hiring staff on his own team and supervising a team to achieve goals, which involves setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement trading strategies focused on currency pairs, market analysis, and risk management.
• Monitor global forex markets, with a special emphasis on Middle Eastern and Arabic-speaking regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trading tools and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in forex trading.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in forex trading (3+ years preferred).
• Fluency in ENGLISH mandatory for effective communication with regional clients and partners.
• Strong leadership experience, with a track record of team management.
• In-depth knowledge of forex platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, cTrader).
• Analytical mindset with excellent decision-making skills under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced certifications like CFA is a plus).
