We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Sales Team Leader to head our dynamic medical sales team across the entire UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a nationwide team of Product Specialists / Sales Engineers, driving the country-wide sales and marketing strategy for our medical products, and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in surgical applications to effectively guide the team in surgical procedures, complex product presentations, and key account management across all emirates.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Full-time, On-site with nationwide travel)
Territory: All UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Northern Emirates)
Requirement: Must hold a valid UAE Driving License and own a car.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Background:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Medical Sales in the UAE, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership, senior, or supervisory role.
Proven track record of managing sales targets and driving team revenue growth on a regional or national scale.
Extensive experience and knowledge in Surgical applications is highly preferred.
Medical Background Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or background in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills capable of managing a geographically distributed field team.
Advanced sales engineering, negotiation, and high-level communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex customer requirements and market shifts.
Ability to travel regularly across all emirates to support the field team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, mentor, and motivate a nationwide team of Product Specialists/Sales Engineers to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure strong market penetration across all UAE territories.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key specialist doctors, hospital directors, and major healthcare facilities across the country.
Surgical & Clinical Oversight: Guide and support team members across different emirates during product presentations, training, and clinical support during surgical procedures.
Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor team sales pipelines, track daily/weekly lead rates, and provide regular, comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
Training & Development: Identify knowledge gaps within the team and organize ongoing product, technical, and sales training to maintain high performance and technical expertise.
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
