Job Perks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants to hit monthly targets
• Create and execute sales strategies for off-plan projects
• Prospect, network, and build strong relationships with clients and developers
• Support your team through negotiations and deal closures
• Stay updated on market launches, trends, and competitor activity
• Manage your team’s portfolio and sales process end-to-end
• Collaborate with marketing and management to maximize lead conversion

Requirements

• 4–5 years of UAE real estate experience (minimum 2 years in off-plan)
• Leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Organized, driven, and team-focused
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix24 is a plus)
• Knowledge of Sharjah real estate market

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
