Job Opportunity: Sales Team Leader – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and competent Sales Team Leader - Real Estate to join our team.

SALES TEAM LEADER (REAL ESTATE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and agents.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective buyers.
  • Prepare weekly sales, pipeline, forecast, and recovery reports.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors from a reputable institution.
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and capable of attracting and converting prospective clients.
