Job Opportunity: Sales Team Leader – Real Estate
We are looking for an experienced and competent Sales Team Leader - Real Estate to join our team.
SALES TEAM LEADER (REAL ESTATE)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and agents.
- Monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with prospective buyers.
- Prepare weekly sales, pipeline, forecast, and recovery reports.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors from a reputable institution.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and capable of attracting and converting prospective clients.
