Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Distribute leads, monitor daily activities, and ensure effective client follow-ups.
- Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value real estate deals.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and report team performance to management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience, including leadership exposure.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, especially New Cairo.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
