Position Overview
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales and lead a high-performing inside sales team focused on driving net new revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic leader with strong sales acumen, a data-driven approach, and a passion for coaching and motivating teams to exceed targets. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager, capable of building a strong sales culture and driving consistent results through proactive prospecting and pipeline development. We are a results-driven organization, and success will be measured by consistent revenue growth and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to optimize team performance.
Sales Execution:
Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, product, and BDR teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
