About The Role
As Sales Team Manager you will be driving the sales team's effort across our flagship event Arabian Travel Market. You will also be in region lead for the launch of WTM Spotlight Riyadh as well as having responsibility for a number of large government accounts in the region.
You will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and maximize opportunities. You will support the development and execution of strategic sales plans, coach team members, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and build strong client and industry relationships. This role requires proven sales expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
