Job Title: Sales Team Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a high-energy, positive work environment.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: AED 2,500 – AED 7,000 (depending on experience)
  • Salary can be negotiated depending upon experience.
  • Attractive performance-linked incentives (with clear slabs and recovery clauses)

Experience:

  • Sales Manager: 2–6 years (Required)
