TruFusion is a national group fitness & yoga brand, revolutionizing the industry. Our studios have both heated & unheated rooms offering a variety of group fitness classes including bootcamps, pilates, barre, boxing, kettlebells, TRX, HIIT, and all types of yoga.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our superstar sales team. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of sales, that are great team players and willing to go the extra mile! As a Lead Sales Associate, you will bring your prior sales experience working as the first point of contact for members; ensuring a great experience from the moment they walk in the door. Unlimited earning potential with hourly plus commission on all membership sales- the sky is the limit! We are urgently hiring for our Bellevue location- looking for someone who can work 20-30 hours per week with the ability to add more. Evenings and weekends are needed

Specific duties include:

-selling new memberships; providing studio tours

-following up on sales opportunities utilizing our CRM software

-checking members in for classes

-maintaining retail shelves and visual standards

-overall studio cleanliness

-assist studio technicians with housekeeping- cleaning studios between classes, laundry

-Open availability from 530am-10pm weekdays, 7am-3pm weekends- priority is given to applicants who can work mornings and weekends- weekends are a requirement

-All team members receive a discount on retail items as well as a complimentary studio membership for unlimited classes. Full-time team members may be eligible for medical/dental benefits as well as paid time off. Generous commission plan with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales and customer service is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-Must be able to work additional hours as needed

Physical Requirements:

Availability to work 20+ hours per week.

Priority given to candidates with open availability. Evenings and weekends required.

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift or move exercise equipment as needed.
