Sales Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, handling inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain customer database with updated information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of tele calling or sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
