Sales Telecaller & Sales Promoter (Retail Outlet)

Armada Perfumes is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Telecaller & Sales Promoter to join our team in Al Karama, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, promoting products, and supporting retail outlet sales. Phillipines candidates are preferred, with strong communication skills in English. Arabic-speaking ability is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

2. Handle product inquiries and promote ongoing deals

3. Assist customers in the retail outlet and provide excellent customer service

4. Promote perfumes, cosmetics, and special offers in-store

5. Maintain sales records and achieve monthly targets

6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships

7. Support day-to-day store operations

Requirements:

1. Phillipines candidates preferred

2. Fluent in English (Mandatory)

3. Arabic language skills are a plus

4. Experience in sales, telecalling, or retail preferred

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn

7. Ability to meet sales targets

8. Must be currently in the UAE & have a valid UAE Visa
