Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to introduce products/services, promote offers, and generate leads.
- Inbound Calls: Answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through purchases.
- Sales & Persuasion: Using scripts, asking questions to identify needs, negotiating, upselling, and closing deals.
- Data Management: Accurately recording customer info, interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Staying updated on all offerings, features, and new products.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
