Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to introduce products/services, promote offers, and generate leads.
  • Inbound Calls: Answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through purchases.
  • Sales & Persuasion: Using scripts, asking questions to identify needs, negotiating, upselling, and closing deals.
  • Data Management: Accurately recording customer info, interactions, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying updated on all offerings, features, and new products.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, persistence, and a persuasive attitude.
  • Ability to follow scripts while adapting to customer needs.
  • Strong organization and data entry skills.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and manage stress.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
