Sales Territory Manager – SAP consulting Services and software sales

Position Summary

ETS, Inc. is seeking an experienced, driven Account Executive to expand our SAP Supply Chain Services and software reseller business across targeted regions in the United States. This role is responsible for acquiring and developing new client relationships, growing strategic accounts, and positioning ETS as a long-term trusted partner for SAP supply chain transformation initiatives, including AI planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and warehouse management solutions, and Autonomous supply chain initiatives.

The ideal candidate knows enterprise software sales and understands consulting services solutions with a strong understanding of SAP supply chain ecosystems and professional services engagement models. To be successful, this role requires someone who is dedicated to building his/her/their professional success via closed business deals consistently. The ability to listen to clients and the internal team members supporting the sales cycle is critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Company Executives to develop an “executable” territory growth strategy for SAP Supply Chain consulting and managed services across the targeted region.
  • Work closely with the internal Business Development team to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing, distribution, retail, consumer products, and industrial sectors.
  • Effectively build relationships with targeted executive key stakeholders in the sales cycle to close deals.
  • Partner with SAP alliance teams, delivery leadership, and solution architects to create compelling customer proposals and presentations.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling of SAP supply chain services, including the latest releases across the IT and Supply Chain
  • Maintain an ever-building sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM management.
  • Manage the sales process throughout the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close.
  • Represent ETS at industry conferences, trade shows, SAP events, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, territory targeting, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and customer priorities within the SAP supply chain landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise technology or consulting services sales experience.
  • 2+ years selling SAP-related services or solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP supply chain modules and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas.
  • Experience selling professional services, consulting engagements, or managed services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the region as needed (approximately > 50%).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within SAP customer accounts in manufacturing or distribution industries.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience working with SAP partners, system integrators, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and S/4HANA migrations.
  • Knowledge of supply chain optimization, warehouse operations, and logistics technologies.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Odoo, or similar CRM platforms.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
