Sales Trainee

As a leading sales and marketing firm in the telecommunications industry, our commitment to customer retention and employee satisfaction has allowed us to grow our customer base substantially over the last few months, and we are now seeking motivated and energetic Sales Trainees to join our team.

As a partner to some of the most well-known clients in the nation, we are now seeking a highly motivated, personable, and coachable individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. We believe in empowering our employees and embracing the talents of every individual on our sales team. This role is designed for individuals looking to either start out or advance their career in professional sales with an emphasis on client relations and customer care. You will benefit from the expertise of senior sales professionals who will provide hands-on training as you are exposed to every stage of the sales process.

Sales Trainees Will:

• Act as the direct point of contact between our clients and customers, creating a personalized and memorable experience for each individual
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to communicate the features and benefits of products and services to potential customers
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, recommending tailored solutions, and offering ongoing support
• Present sales plans to targeted audiences, offering expert advice to customize packages that are competitive with industry trends
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the sales process by independently guiding customers through a successful sale with little to no management intervention
• Maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenging customer issues and actively search for innovative solutions

Sales Trainee Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, sales, business, communications, management, or a related field, is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented and eager to learn
• Thrives in a collaborative team-driven culture and contributes to the implementation of business development strategies
• Reliable transportation to meet directly with client-generated leads
• Outstanding devotion to achieving personal and professional goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $825.00 - $1,425.00 per week
