Your Focus: Lead Qualification & Customer Insight

Your primary goal is to understand and filter early customer needs for our ERP solutions.

• Understand Customers: Quickly grasp a customer's basic problems and needs using strong verbal/non-verbal skills.
• Filter Leads: Determine if a prospect is a good fit for our ERP solutions based on their requirements.
• Introduce Solutions: Suggest relevant solutions and outline the next steps.
• Cost Insight: Use basic accounting skills to understand financial issues and articulate the software's value.
