Position Summary:

The Sales Trainer at Home Solutions Midwest is responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting training programs designed to improve the effectiveness of our sales teams. This individual will onboard new hires, provide in-field coaching and ride-alongs, implement process and product updates, analyze sales performance, and continuously educate staff to increase closing percentages and total sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver onboarding training for new sales team members to ensure they are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.

· Conduct regular ride-alongs with sales representatives to provide live coaching, assess performance, and reinforce best practices.

· Implement and train on process improvements, product updates, and new sales strategies.

· Listen to and analyze Rilla recordings and other sales interactions to identify areas of improvement and coach staff accordingly.

· Partner with leadership to design training programs that address performance gaps and support company growth objectives.

· Track and measure the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback to leadership on progress and outcomes.

· Act as a trusted advisor, mentor, and educator to foster continuous professional development among the sales team.

· Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer expectations to incorporate into training content.

· Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the sales team and the overall organization.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales training, sales coaching, or related leadership role.

· Strong background in sales, preferably in home improvement, remodeling, or related industries.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify training needs.

· Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and sales enablement platforms.

· Willingness and ability to travel regularly to both Albert Lea and Cedar Valley locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
