Job Summary:

Mars Junction is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team at the Gulzar-e-Quaid branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center training and a proven ability to enhance agent performance across various campaigns including Medicare, Final Expense (FE), Affordable Care Act (ACA), Solar, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for call center agents to improve overall sales performance.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive training materials aligned with business goals.
• Monitor agent performance during and after training and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs as needed.
• Collaborate with management and team leads to assess training needs and support operational goals.
• Ensure consistency in training quality across teams and shifts.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Training and Development within the BPO/call center industry.
• In-depth knowledge and training experience in the following areas:
• Medicare
• Final Expense (FE)
• Affordable Care Act (ACA)
• Solar
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and adapt training programs accordingly.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

• Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 4:45 AM
