Job Summary
Nirvasa is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer (BPO Sales) to design, implement, and manage effective training programs for new hires and existing employees. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance through structured training initiatives. Success in this position means improved employee productivity, faster onboarding, and measurable performance improvement across sales teams.
This role plays a critical part in supporting business growth by ensuring employees are well-trained, confident, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees.
- Train freshers on end-to-end product knowledge in a batch-wise manner.
- Design, plan, and implement an effective sales training curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest training methodologies, tools, and modules.
- Prepare and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, and video modules.
- Review and analyze training needs on a monthly basis (TNA – Training Need Analysis).
- Track trainee performance and maintain MIS for new hires and current employees.
- Prepare and present training reports, analysis, and performance dashboards.
- Create and maintain handover, batch release, and transition reports for operations.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to align training outcomes with business requirements.
- Strategically improve training effectiveness and employee performance metrics.
- Handle and guide training batches while ensuring quality learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Training.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience in training analysis, reporting, and MIS management.
- Prior team handling or batch handling experience.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training insights.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and planning skills.
