Role Overview:

We are seeking a professional Sales & Customer Service Trainer to design and deliver structured training programs for our Front Desk team. This role focuses on sales conversion, upselling, and customer experience, supported by strong Learning & Development (L&D) methodologies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced L&D trainer who can independently create lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and coaching frameworks — not someone who only delivers content.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design & Development

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for front desk and customer-facing roles
• Design lesson plans, training curricula, and learning journeys for sales and customer service
• Develop professional training materials: presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, role-play scenarios, sales scripts, and assessments
• Create customer service standards and front desk sales playbooks

Training Delivery

• Deliver classroom, on-the-job, and role-play-based training for front desk staff
• Train teams on sales techniques, objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing
• Coach on customer service excellence, communication skills, and complaint handling
• Ensure training is practical, engaging, and measurable

Coaching, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct post-training evaluations, assessments, and skill observations
• Provide 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce learning
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as conversion rates, average ticket value, and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve training content based on performance data and feedback

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Training & Development, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience as a Sales Trainer / L&D Trainer / Customer Service Trainer
• Proven experience training front desk, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or customer-facing sales teams
• Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience creating structured lesson plans and training materials from scratch
