Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Trainer to onboard, train, and continuously develop agents on our Final Expense (FE) campaign. You will play a critical role in shaping agent performance from day one and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing FE campaign agents
• Conduct product knowledge, script, and objection-handling sessions
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide structured feedback
• Work closely with Team Leads and QA to identify performance gaps
• Develop and update training materials, scripts, and SOPs as needed
• Run refresher sessions to address recurring quality or compliance issues
• Track training outcomes and report progress to management

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience on a Final Expense (FE) campaign — mandatory, no exceptions
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a training role within a BPO or call center
• Deep understanding of the FE product, sales process, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions
• Patient, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting training style to different learners
