Sales Trainer - Hair & Beauty

• At least 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the ladies beauty or salon industry.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales, with quantifiable achievements.
• Strong background in sales training and team motivation.
• Experience managing retail operations and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in CRM software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel across branches and work flexible hours as needed.
