Sales Trainer & Performance Coach (Call Center)

We are hiring a result-driven Sales Trainer & Coach to train new hires and continuously improve the performance of our call center sales team. The role focuses on product training, script mastery, and sales closing improvement. Key Responsibilities: Train new hires on product, script, and call handling Conduct mock calls and make agents floor-ready Monitor calls and provide 1-on-1 coaching Improve objection handling and closing skills Refine sales scripts based on real call insights Maintain team motivation and performance on floor

Requirements: 2–4 years experience in call center sales Proven training/coaching experience Strong grip on sales & closing techniques Energetic personality with leadership ability Must have hands-on sales closing experience

KPIs
Improvement in conversion rates
Reduced time for new hires to achieve their first sale
Performance improvement of low-performing agents
Overall team sales growth

On-site – Karachi
Full-Time | Monday–Saturday
Salary:Competitive Salary (Based on Experience)
