Sales & Training Manager (Real Estate)

1. Purpose of the Role

As the Sales & Training Manager, you are responsible for managing, guiding, and training the Property Consultants to achieve their targets. You will ensure consistent performance, strong market knowledge, and adherence to company processes while creating a positive, productive team environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

  • Conduct induction, and structured training programs for new joiners.
  • Help new consultants settle into their roles and achieve early results.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on negotiation, closing techniques, customer service, and sales processes.
  • Motivate the team through feedback, performance guidance, and professional support.

Sales Operations and Performance

  • Review and validate CRM updates to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Monitor team performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Recommend and implement sales strategies aligned with current market conditions.
  • Assist consultants in closing deals when needed, including documentation and client coordination.

Market Knowledge and Representation

  • Keep the team informed about market trends, developer updates, new launches, and legal requirements.
  • Represent the company at developer events, market presentations, property launches, and networking activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and stakeholders.

Compliance and Professional Conduct

  • Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, RERA guidelines, and UAE real estate standards.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, ethics, and quality service.
  • Support the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals throughout team operations.

3. Targets & Reporting

Targets

The Sales & Training Manager will receive monthly and annual targets from the COO. These targets will cover team performance, total revenue, number of closings, conversion rates, and overall contribution to the company’s growth. Monthly targets ensure consistent productivity, while annual targets reflect broader goals such as market expansion, team development, and long-term revenue achievement.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
