Position: Self Verifier – ACA & Medicare Campaign

Strive BPO is hiring Self Verifiers for our ACA & Medicare campaigns. The selected candidates will be responsible for verifying U.S. customer information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with campaign standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers.
• Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain detailed call logs and follow compliance procedures.
• Meet daily and monthly verification targets.
• Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (ACA or Medicare experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills with a confident and clear accent.
• Strong attention to detail and verification accuracy.
• Ability to work in a night shift and meet performance targets.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Pay: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 100,000 per month + incentives & bonuses
• Location: 3rd Floor, Above Bank Alfalah, Saidpur Road, Block E, Asghar Mall Scheme, Rawalpindi
