Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Saleswoman to join our apparel collection company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s apparel collections, trends, and promotions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and report shortages
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or apparel sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
